Garnish Island

Garnish Island in Bantry Bay, sheltered by Glengarriff harbour, is world renowned for its gardens and its rare and stunning plants that are not common for this climate.  The Gardens are laid out with beautiful walk ways to allow you to soak in all that the island has to offer.

The island also Martello Tower for those history buffs looking explore a remote part of Ireland’s history.  The tower, a Grecian Temple dating back to 1805 is one of the original features on the island. For more information, check out the Garnish Island brochure.
